TodaysDog.com will not accept any returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
The RMA number must be visible and clearly marked on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for all and any return shipment costs. We recommend insuring the merchandise with the shipping carrier and getting a proof of delivery for returns.
Any product purchased from Today's Dog.com is refundable within 20 days of the original invoice date. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. The item(s) must be unused in original packaging and able to be resold, or they will not be eligible for a credit. (Product(s) must be clean without any signs of use - ex. items with pet hair on it cannot be resold)
Special order, and personalized items cannot be returned. Pet beds also are not able to be returned due to hygienic reasons.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returns (Excludes Exchanges). Please email us @

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number that must accompany the merchandise upon return. If you do not have an RMA number we
will not accept it. After receiving the RMA Number make sure to write it on the return carton clearly and visibly. Also please note on a copy of the invoice or on a piece of paper that you are making a return or an exchange as well as any other relevant information. We will email you when we have received the merchandise. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. We recommend insuring the merchandise with the shipping carrier. Please allow 30 to 60 days to process returns.
Order Delays
In the event an order is delayed, TodaysDog.com is not responsible for monetary/and or any other type of compensation due to circumstances beyond our control. We try to process and ship orders in a timely matter and sometimes there may be a delay due to our suppliers. In this event you will be notified as soon as we are aware of the situation, and we will let you know of an expected return of the item to be in stock again. In order for us to offer a wide variety of products to our consumers you may receive orders shipping from separate warehouses. You will be notified when each part has shipped. Due to high demands of certain products it may be sometimes difficult for them to always be in stock. We try to keep our inventories current and up to date, therefore we hold no responsibility for delays nor will we be held liable for any loss. Typographical Errors
In the event that a TodaysDog.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TodaysDog.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. TodaysDog.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TodaysDog.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
